  School and Group Tours
Quail
Each year, Tucker provides tours to thousands of visitors via group or school tours. Tours include a hike through local plant and animal habitat during which participants will learn about the plants and animals native to the area.

They’ll visit the natural history museum for an educational visit and the bird observation deck where they’ll learn a bit about our feathered visitors and bird-watching techniques.

The tours are scheduled in advance Tuesday through Friday and the curriculum content is based on the California Education Standards for grades K-12.

The fee for educational tours is $6 per person. The goal of these tours is to increase students knowledge of local habitat and the need to preserve natural resources.
